("MDD Supply," "we," "us") collects on mddsupply.com and in the course of serving you as a customer, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a wholesale restaurant supply company located at 1590 Little Orchard St, San Jose, CA 95110.
Information we collect
- Quote requests. When you use the quote builder we collect the business name, your name, an email address and/or phone number, your city, the product categories you select and any notes you add.
- Newsletter. Your email address, if you subscribe.
- Customer account information. If you become a customer, we keep your business contact details, delivery address, order history and billing records.
- Website usage. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). The site stores your language preference (English or Spanish) in your browser's local storage; we do not use advertising cookies or third party tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To prepare and send the pricing you asked for and to answer your questions.
- To set up and service your account, deliver orders and invoice you.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the website working, secure and improving.
- To comply with law, including tax and accounting obligations.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who work on our behalf (for example, the service that processes our web forms and the service that sends our newsletter), with delivery partners when needed to complete an order, and when required by law or to protect our rights. Service providers may use the information only to provide their service to us.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to correct or delete the contact information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Retention and security
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterward, and we keep customer and billing records as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to this website.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted on this page.
